HEAD AND CERVICAL PLACEMENT - IDEALLY THE SPINE SHOULD BALANCE DIRECTLY OVER THE SHOULDERS WHEN VERTICAL. BECAUSE OF DAILY HABITS LIKE STARRING ALL DAY AT OUR PHONES THIS IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE. WHICH LATER IN LIFE WILL CAUSE COMPLICATION I.E. ROUNDING OF THE UPPER SPINE (A HUMPED OVER BACK). THAT IS WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO START A GOOD PRACTICE RIGHT NOW.
